Abundant SF Leaders ProgramAbundant SFLeaders Program
A civic leadership program for residents who love San Francisco and want to change their government to improve people's lives.

About
The Leaders Program was created to make civic engagement in San Francisco more accessible. It addresses the disconnect many residents feel between caring about the city and understanding how to participate meaningfully in shaping its future.
What the program offers
Learning
The extent you’re motivated to learn something is based in part on who you aspire to be like. That makes learning inherently social.
Community
The fabric of the Abundance Movement is the relationships between people. In-person events are an important way to knit this fabric.
Impact
A pathway from ideas to real-world outcomes. We train you how to work backwards from policy goals to campaigns that change government.
